The residence is situated on a wooded property of over 14 hectares, just 200 meters from the beach of Demoiselles and only 2km from the nearest shops.  
In this wonderful, wooded area there are plenty of opportunities for recreation and relaxation. Within 3km you'll find a cinema, discotheques and a casino (Saint Gilles Croix de Vie, Saint Jean de Monts). Culture lovers can visit numerous museums and beautiful castles in the area.
You can enjoy sports activities like golf and horse riding and you can take sailing, diving and surfing lessons.
The residence makes an excellent starting point for excursions along hiking and cycling trails. There's even an adventure trail in front of the residence plus there is the Aquatic Park Atlantic Toboggan nearby.
Facilities of the resort include a heated outdoor swimming pool with paddling pool (open until mid-September) and outdoor parking.
