The villa is near Théoule sur Mer (7 km distance), harbor and national park l' Estérel. 2 extra beds on request Interior The comfortabel living has a great view over the sea. It offers a dining part with dining table for 4 to 6 pers. A living part with flat screen TV (international channels) DVD, iPod Dock and internet. Nice separate kitchen. There are 2 bedrooms and a separate studio. Bedroom 1 has a dubble bed (180x200) an dbedroom 2 has a sofa-bed (90x200) extendable to dubble bed. This bedroom can also receive a baby bed. The bedrooms share a bathroom with shower and separate wc. The studio offers a dubble bed, bathroom with shower and separate wc. On request 2 more sleeps can be added. Exterior Villa Anna has the privilege of a large covered terrace with sitting area and large outside dining table with parasol. Next to the house a private outdoor Jacuzzi with shower. Parking is possible in the road. Surroundings Only 10 minutes walk from Villa Anna you will find the beach, a supermarket offering fresh bread, and restaurants. Théoule sur mer, with its traditional market on fridays, has a lovely shopping center and all kinds of restaurants. It is about 20 minutes drive to Cannes. Just behind the house starts the beautifull national park l'Estérel, a superb environment for walking or biking.
