Cannes, famous by the film festival is only 9km away. From the entrance with guest toilet you enter the salon of Mas Theoule. A comfortable sitting area by the fireplace and a dining table with 'vue panoramique' on the bay below you. The open kitchen is very luxury and that well-furnished that even the most demanding cook will enjoy himself here. On this floor you find the Chambre de Maître with a double bed, air conditioning, patio doors to terrace and a bathroom with bath and shower. The other 3 bedrooms are located on the garden level. There are two bedrooms with double beds and the third bedroom for four people with a double bed and an optical separated part with a single bed with a trundle bed. All three rooms have a private bathroom and access to the terrace. The last room on this floor is the buanderie with washer and dryer. Important information The pool can be fenced on your demand.
