Over Cornillon, The House Is Suitable For Family Groups With Max. 4 Children

This holiday home is situated in a very quiet and peaceful area, on the top of a hill and overlooking the Ceze Valley. You will enjoy the private pool and the beautiful view. At 2.5 km from St. Gely, 1 km. from the Cèze river and about 3 km. from the pleasant village of Goudargues and the picturesque Cornillon. Accommodation The house accommodates 8 persons and is on floor-level. In total there are three bedrooms: two with a 2-pers bed (1.40m.) and one with two bunk beds (4 x 0.90m.) - well suited as a children's room. Two of them open to the terrace. The spacious living room (approx. 50m2) with large fireplace (for decoration - not for use) is furnished with leather sofas and a large wooden dining table with benches and offers direct access to the terrace. Confortable sitting area with a large TV, a DVD player and a Playstation (2). The separate kitchen is fully equipped and has a small breakfast area for 4 people. Additionally there is a utility room with washing machine. Exterior Over the fence of the garden you have a beautiful view over the Cèze valley with the village of Goudargues in the distance. The total area covers 3000 m2. The large terrace adjoining the house is equipped with garden furniture (large table with 8 chairs), two deckchairs, a parasol and a barbecue. The pool (9 x 4.5 m. / 0.80 - 1.70 m. deep) is provided with an alarm. Note The owner will come along about 2 times a week to check the garden and swimming pool (in consultation with you, in order to preserve your privacy). Pets on request (small dog). Only familygroups with max. 4 children.
