This lovely villa with swimming-pool is located in a quiet district of Bagnols-sur-Seze, a sleepy little town at the river Ceze, some 30 km Northwest of Avignon. The villa is built on a hillside and has two levels. The garage is on the lower level. The outer staircase leads to the upstairs shady terrace of about 100m² and the entrance of the house. This spacious country house has a large living of about 40m², providing a comfortable sitting and dining area. The villa has four bedrooms, three of them with a double bed, one with two single beds. There are two bathrooms, one with a bathtub and one with a shower. Separate toilet. From the terrace a staircase leads to the upstairs swimming pool (14 x 9 m), where you will undoubtedly want to spend time. Here you will find six deck chairs, an indoor summer kitchen and a lounge with four seats. Here also is an extra shower and toilet. Should you have enough of floating in the pool and peace and quiet, you can explore the lively surroundings of the area. The terrific Gorges de l'Ardeche are 20 km away and on the river Ceze (closeby) there is canoeing. On Saturdays, you can visit the lively market of Uzes, about 20 km, where you will find the most delicious specialities of the region..
