Slipway for launching own boats, separate road and parking place for boat trailer next to swimming beach. Cottage has mechanical ventilation, heat recovery system and karaoke equipment. Owner arranges standardised fishing services, Husky dog sled rides, and meal services, e.g. excursion to dug-out (cut-and-cover) shelter village.
