Plot on slope, steps down to shore, mixed forest, grassed area, planted shrubs. Lake rich in fish (whitefish, zander, etc.).

On arrival of the customer the owner requires a key deposit of 100 euros if the customer has not ordered final cleaning. This key deposit will be returned to the customer on the day of departure once the owner has checked that the cottage has been properly cleaned.
