This is a beautiful and modern bungalow for 5 people near El Montgó in Denia. This well decorated house has 3 bedrooms: two with a double bed and one with a single bed. There is a bathroom in the house. In the corridor, there is a warm/could AC device that will warm up or refresh the main bedrooms. For the single bedroom, there is a radiator available on request. The kitchen, living and dining room form an open space where you will be able to relax on the comfy sofa, watch TV or organize a meal with your family and friends. The kitchen is equipped with microwave, toaster, fridge, oven, vitro, coffee machine, juice maker, dishwasher and a lot more! There are iron, ironing board, cot and high chairs on request. The furnished terrace is perfect to have a summer dinner to make the most of the Mediterranean weather. Your pet will be welcome as well! The house is located near El Montgó, a mountain range where you can practice trekking. You will have easy access to the beach: in 10 minutes you can get to Les Marines. In the city of Denia you will be able to find supermarkets, pharmacies, bars, restaurants, shops and a lot more. NOTE: We donât accept groups of people under 25 years old. We need copies of the passports of all guests to accept the booking.
