Enjoy your own piece of idyllic Mallorcan countryside! The house is located in Muro, just in the town limits, which means itâs a very quiet area. At the same time, its proximity to the center allows you to get everything you need during your holiday: supermarket, ATM, pharmacy, sports area, bars and some local restaurants. A 10 minute drive will take you to the nearest beaches: Can Picafort and Ses Casetes des Capellans. You can enjoy a pleasant sunny day in the sandy beach and have a delicious paella for lunch in one of the restaurants with sea views. Make the most of the day and have a cocktail at sunset! The seafront promenade of Can Picafort has a great offer of bars and restaurants and it always has a lively atmosphere. If you go direction Alcudia, you will find Playa de Muro, a quiet beach area with a protected sand dune are of ecological interest and shallow crystalline waters, ideal for children. Itâs worth to go to Alcúdia or Pollensa and discover their numerous little coves! Note: The rental of this property is based on the Spanish Law on Urban Leases (29/1994, 24th November).
