Welcome to this cosy villa in El Tosalet de Xabia with capacity for 5 people. This 190 m2 house is built in a 1400 m2 plot and has excellent views to the sea and Montgo Natural Park. This villa has two bedrooms. One bedroom is on the first floor, has a double bed, en suite bathroom and walk-in closet; the second bedroom in on the ground floor, has a double bed, en suite bathroom and an attached sitting room with a sofa-bed for one person. The rooms are built in an open space, without doors. The living-dining room is equipped with comfortable sofas and has a warm decoration that is increased by the presence of the log fire that you can use in winter. In addition, there are big windows that will allow you to enjoy the beautiful landscape. The open kitchen is equipped with: blender, coffee machine, kettle, toaster, juice maker, microwave, oven, fridge and a lot more. There is also washing machine, iron and ironing board. The exteriors are fantastic: swim in the pool, sunbathe, have breakfast under the furnished porch or organize a BBQ! In the plot there is a covered space to park your car. The area of Xabia has a diverse landscape and rugged terrain, as a result of the wind and sea influence. The coast forms a mix of coves, beaches, cliffs, islands and caves. Therefore, some of these areas are recognized and Natural Park, Marine Reserve and Flora Micro reserve. To enjoy this fantastic landscape there are some trails and viewpoints. Hiking trails: Montgó Natural Park, Cap de Sant Antoni Marine Reserve, Portitxol Bay, Granadella Woodland Park. Viewpoints: Cap de Sant Antoni, El Molins, Punta del Castell, Séquia de la Nòria, Cala Blanca, Caletes, Creu del Portitxol, L´Illa, La Falzia, Cap Negre, Cap de la Nau, Granadella, Les Pesqueres, Ambolo, Castell de la Granadella. Beaches and coves: La Grava, Primer Muntanyar or Benissero, El Arenal, Segon Muntanyar, Cala Blanca, Cala Sardinera, Cala Barraca o Portitxol, Cala Ambolo, Cala Granadella. On the other hand, the town of Xabia is place rich in culture, history and leisure offer that will make your holiday an unforgettable experience. There are many good restaurants and bars that will make you enjoy the fantastic gastronomy of the area. It worth to spend a day strolling through the narrow street and visiting some of its important buildings: the church San Bartolomé, Abastos local market, the City Council and many more. Every Thursday morning there is a local market in Plaza Constitición.
