The 25m2 terrace on the 3rd floor has 3 sunbeds and is ideal for sunbathing while enjoying the wonderful views offered by the property. The homeâs privacy is considered to be partial. Upon entering the house through the porch, you will find a foyer and, to the right of it, a large room. On the 1st F there is the living room-dining room area, where you can enjoy watching satellite TV or reading a good book. In the dining area you can enjoy long evenings with family and friends. The kitchen is independent, and it is separated from the living room-dining room area by a glass wall. In the kitchen you can enjoy preparing any dish you intend to, and you have everything you need to impress your guests, including both gas and electric stoves. The laundry area is located in the kitchen and it features 1 washing machine, 1 iron and 1 ironing board. This property has 5 bedrooms, 2 of them on the GF, 2 more in the 1st F and the 5th in the 2nd F. The 2 GF rooms have 2 single beds and 1 double bed respectively, the 2 bedrooms in the 1st F have 1 double bed each and the 2nd F bedroom has 1 double bed. This fantastic property also has 5 bathrooms distributed as follows: 2 of them on the GF (1 with a bathtub in suite and 1 with a shower), another 2 on the 1st F (1 with a bathtub in suite and 1 with a shower) and the 5th one in the 2nd F with a shower. There are a total of 2 fans in the property, 1 crib for younger children and air conditioning in the living room. This house is located in a privileged environment due to it being in the sea front and a few meters from the best beaches in the area and even the island, which reach the beach of Es Trenc. This area is very quiet but at the same time, in Sa Rapita, you have access to everything you might need during your stay at the property. The town of Campos is only 10km away, and there you can enjoy a small market on Thursdays and a large market every Saturday. NOTE: This propertyâs rent is carried out based on the Spanish legislation, specifically Law 29/1994 of 24 November on urban leases. For this reason, the property will be available for seasonal use. In this contract the lessee will not be offered any kind of tourist services. This contract only consists of the cession of the use and enjoyment of the property. Pets are welcome at this property, as long as they do not weight more than 15kg. The holding of events is not allowed at this property.
