The luxurious detached Landhaus Wald & Charme holiday home is situated in a great location in the middle of nature. From your peacefully located and spaciously laid out country house you can walk straight into natural beauty, such as the woodlands. The well-known winter-sports resort of Winterberg is only five kilometres away. The Landhaus Wald & Charme holiday home is a stylish and very welcoming half-timbered house, typical for the region and furnished extremely comfortably. The luxurious Landhaus Wald & Charme villa has been entirely renovated and newly furnished by the owner in a rural style. Most of the items come from her own shop and are for sale. From the authentic hallway you walk straight into the welcoming living room which comes with stylish and so-called ´brocante´ furniture (old pieces that have been updated) and a cosy woodstove. There is a large dining room giving you access to the spacious balcony with an enchanting view across the woodlands; a wonderful place to enjoy your breakfast. There is a separate television room with a large flat-screen television and Wii. The kitchen is new and laid out in a rural style with plenty of modern conveniences such as a double stove. There are five spacious bedrooms, each with new beds (two of which are extra long) and comfortable box-spring beds. In addition there are two new bathrooms. The Landhaus Wald & Charme holiday home comes with a large garden which is great for children to play in, on the trampoline or in the tree hut, whilst you are enjoying a nice barbecue on the spacious (second) terrace with welcoming beer-tables and reclining chairs. Next to the house you will find a large play meadow which is a great place for sled rides in winter time. Directly from your holiday home you can take many different walks through the beautiful woodland or go on cycling or mountain-biking trips. The centre of Neuastenberg is close by and has its own butchers and bakery. Winterberg is the winter-sport resort in Sauerland with a total of 40 km of ski pistes. The centre of Winterberg is excellent for shopping and you can enjoy the many restaurants and welcoming pavement cafes. There are also many possibilities for cycling, mountain biking, cross-country skiing and walking. For example, the well-known walking route of “Rothaarsteig” goes straight through Winterberg. In addition, the “Kahler Asten” is surrounded by a beautiful cross-country skiing area with 120km of ski runs. There are also plenty activities for children: for example a visit to the adventure park of Fort Fun (25 km) or having fun on the summer toboggan runs and many great mini-golf courses.
