Over The Bohemian Farmhouse

This large and beautifully restored farmhouse is located on the Heights, one of the cleanest areas of the Czech Republic, near the city of HavlÃÄkův Brod. Situated on the edge of a village at an altitude of 600 meters above sea level. There is no industry in the area, so the air is clean and nature is pristine. You have one third of the building at your disposal. The owner lives in a separate part. You have your own entrance and private garden of 750 m2 with fruit trees and shrubs, a gazebo, hammock, furnished terrace with a parasol, and a fireplace offering the possibility to grill. The children will quickly feel at ease here thanks to the sandpit, swings, outdoor toys, private garden chair and children's oval pool (2.65 x 1.75 x 0.51 m). In the garden there are many sun or shade options. There are parking spaces in an enclosed area of the garden. From the house and garden you have a beautiful view of the ever changing colorful valley. Directly from the house you can take splendid walks on official paths or freely in the woods and valleys, which is fortunately still allowed in the Czech Republic. There are plenty of good cycling routes among the hilly landscape. Fishing for carp is allowed. If you want to fish in the public lakes and rivers, you need a fishing license. There is plenty of swimming opportunities in the nearby lakes or swimming pools. The environment is not only has a beautiful nature but there are also many historical attractions to see. An active or passive holiday: it's all possible here!
