This luxurious and very well equipped house (2007) is situated in the popular holiday resort town of Frymburk, on the shores of Lipnomeer, the largest reservoir in the Czech Republic. Here you are surrounded by the Bohemian Forest, with its beautiful rugged landscape. The forest is only 200 meters away. Each of the five houses (in a row) offers sufficient space optimally for 8 to 10 persons and has an enclosed garden with furnished terrace, a barbecue, playground and carport. A second car can be parked in the parking lot. Families with children, seniors, sports fans and those who love to fish will feel at home here. Within 500 meters of the house you'll find a grocery store, supermarket and restaurant, and just 100 meters away, at the Hotel Frymburk, you'll find four indoor pools and wellness facilities such as massages, salt cave and aromatherapy. Discount cards are available. In Frymburk there is a babysitting center for children from 3 years of age (but only if the parents agree to withdraw). Children under 3 years of age need an appointment. The village of Lipno, which offers many recreational opportunities, is 7 km away, and the historic / tourist town of Äeský Krumlov is just 20 minutes away by car.
