This large villa provides the opportunity and space to enjoy a wonderful holiday in a quiet area of the Ore Mountains (Krušne Hory). It is situated just 7 km from the German border. This 30-year-old (renovated) house offers one apartment on the ground floor that can accommodate 7 persons and a room in the attic for 3 persons (accessible via outside stairs). The maximum capacity is 10 people. Please note, that a group of up to seven people will get only the ground floor appartment in use.
As the building is built upon a cellar, the front door of the villa is accessible via a stone staircase. In the spacious garden you will find a large terrace where you can relax and also have the opportunity to barbecue.
In Kovarska you will find grocery stores, drug stores, shops with household items and restaurants. There is parking for your car at the house, enclosed by a fence. This accommodation is a suitable starting point for excursions in the area, where there is much to see and experience.
