You can pick the fruit from the fruit trees and shrubs for personal use. Right next to the house there is a garage where you can park your car. The house is situated high up and overlooks the valley. The nearby village has a pub, shop and public transport. The sandstone rock parks in Teplice, Adršpach and the Broumovské Steny are within walking distance. Marked hiking and cycling routes run past the house. One is an ancient pilgrimage route to a church that lies1 km away and has a healing source. The owner (who lives 2 km away) offers additional services like a sauna, assistance when needed, and (in season) an excursion program with many cultural and sporting trips.
