Over Neram

This large detached house from 2001 lies in a tranquil oasis of a small village on the border of Pribyslav, in the Giant Mountains (Krkonose) of eastern Bohemia. The house is located on a hillside so it has a beautiful view of the surroundings. A forest borders the house. The house has a large garden (3000 m²) which contains many fruit trees. Children can play here. Around the house you will find a furnished terrace with a parasol where you can sit and relax. Venture out into the countryside right from the accommodation. Who knows, with a bit of luck you might even see a stag or some deer! The house has a floor space of more than 200 m² and offers space for up to 12 persons. Pribyslav lies just 2 ½ miles from the town of Nová Paka. Here you can do your shopping. In the garage there is space for one car, and at the house there is space to park two additional cars.
