This newly built villa (2007) is situated on a spacious plot in the traditional village of Bozanov, in the protected Broumovské Steny nature area. The villa is a comfortable and luxurious accommodation suitable for families or groups of friends and consists of two apartments. The ground-floor apartment can accommodate 5 persons, the first-floor apartment is suitable for 4 persons. The entire house is then suitable for up to 9 persons. This apartment is located on the ground floor and offers direct access to the terrace. The large garden offers a magnificent view of the beautiful mountainous landscape with its rock formations plus a good chance of seeing deer grazing. The village lies at the base of the Božanovský Å piÄák mountains, in a beautiful unspoilt countryside, 3 km from Poland. In the village there is a grocery store, restaurant, bus stop and lake. At the villa you can use the covered parking area (enough for 2 cars).
