Located on its own piece of land of 1.000 m2, the Villa Stella offers its guests a 45 m2 large heated swimming pool with hydromassage, a well maintained garden with barbecue, terrace with garden furniture and own parking spaces for 3 cars. The owner of the house does not live on the property. Villa for 6-8 people with a living area of 150 m2. On the ground floor there's a completely equipped kitchen with dining room, living room with a two-persons sleeping couch, open fireplace, satellite TV and exit to the terrace, one two-persons bedroom with a double bed, air-conditioner, satllite-TV, bath/toilet with whirlpool and exit to the Pool, one more shower/toilet.
