Villa Nika is newly built (in 2012) rustic villa located in a small town Tar distant 10 kilometers from Porec and 3.5 km from the beaches in the tourist resort Lanterna. The house is built with modern materials and the facade is covered with ample use of stone. On its own, fully enclosed garden of 600 m2 with a lovely lawn, villa Nika offers to its guests an outdoor (heated) pool of 40 m2 with sunbeds, large terrace with table and chairs for the outdoor dining, grill and covered parking for two cars. The uniqueness of this house is a beautiful panoramic view on the countryside and the sea, all thanks to the elevated position of the house and a garden. Villa with swimming pool for 8 people situated on two floors with a total living area of 150 m2 + 35 m2 terrace. At the ground floor there is an air-conditioned living area of approximately 65 m2, which stretches along the entire width of the house in which are located a fully equipped kitchen, dining table with 8 chairs, leather sitting ensemble, a fireplace, a large satellite TV and shower/toilet with washing machine. From the living area is possible to exit to a covered terrace of 25 m2. At the first floor there are in total four air-conditioned double bedrooms from which two are with double bed and two with twin beds, two shower/toilets at the ends of the corridor. Two middle bedrooms have access to a shared terrace of 10 m2 with panoramic view on the sea. NOTICE: The guests can use a free entrance in the holiday resort Lanterna during their stay.
