Over Casa Rossa,

Casa Rossa is a charming renovated istrian stone house (semi-detached house) located in the village Rosini near Porec. The house was built at the beginning of the XVIII century and renovated in 2007 with the use of traditional materials in order to preserve the authenticity of the traditional istrian house. Carefully selected furniture, which is a combination of new and antique and interesting interior colors provide the guests of Casa Rossa a truly unique atmosphere. On private, completely fenced plot the guests of Casa Rossa have the following outdoor equipment - whirlpool for 5 people, two covered terraces with garden furniture and barbecue fireplace. Casa Rossa is a holiday home on three floors with a total living area of 90 m2 and for 4 persons. On the ground floor there is a nicely furnished living room with equipped kitchen, dining table, sofa and bath/toilet. On the first and second floor there is one bedroom with double bed on each floor, the one on the first floor with air-conditioning and the one on the second floor with ventilator. Both rooms have a panoramic seaview. The house has also a small tavern with a kitchenette and a shower/toilet. The tavern has a separate entrance. NOTICE: The guests can use a free entrance in the holiday resort Lanterna during their stay.
