Villa Valentina is an old renovated Istrian stone house, located in the village Jesenovica, 8,5 km from Poreč. The house is equipped with modern furniture and with a panoramic sea view highlighted through the large windows in all rooms of the house. Guests can use a enclosed plot of 1000 m2 with a lovely garden, grill, 28 m2 large swimming pool, separate toilet, and a private parking for 3 cars. House for 6-8 persons, with 180 m2 on three floors. On the ground floor is a living room with sofa bed for 2 persons, SAT-TV and exit to the terrace, double room with double bed and access to a private terrace with stairs down to the pool, double room with 2 separate beds, shower/toilet. On the first floor is an exit to the balcony, storage room, dining room with another balcony, fully equipped kitchen, shower/toilet. In the atic is a air-conditioned double room with double bed, satellite TV and private toilet. In case of youth group reservations, deposit is 50 EUR per Person!
