Over Villa Monspinosa,

Villa Monspinosa is an old renovated stone house that is located on the edge of the village Dracevac, cca 10 km from Porec and its beaches. The house was built in 1915 and renovated in 2014. During the reconstruction a large part of the original house is kept, not only walls but some details as the front door also. On enclosed property of 120 m2 the guest have on their disposal a 17 m2 large swimming pool and garden furniture in the shadow of a century-old tree. Holiday house for 4-6 persons with a total living area of 80 m2 on three floors. On the ground floor there is a living area, equipped kitchen with dining table, shower/toilet. On the first floor there is an air-conditioned double bedroom with exit to the balcony, shower/toilet. On the second floor there is an air-conditioned double bedroom also with exit to the balcony on which there are sunbeds and an inflatable whirlpool.
