The house was built in 2012, and is furnished with new and modern furniture. Located on its own piece of land of 500 m2, the house offers its guests a swimming pool, well maintained garden with barbecue, terrace with garden furniture and its own parking place for 2 cars. The house is for 6-8 people with a total of 135 m2. On the ground floor there's a completely equipped kitchen, dining-living room with a two-persons sleeping couch, satellite TV and exit onto a terrace facing the swimming pool, one two-persons bedroom with a double bed, shower/toilet. On the first floor there are two double bedrooms with a common terrace, one of them with french bed and one with single beds, bath/toilet with whirlpool. The house is air conditioned on both floors.
