Over Villa ViN,

Villa ViN is an old istrian stone house located in the small village Brcici, approximately 8 km from Porec and its beaches. The house was built in 1880 and renovated in modern style in 2015. It has its own yard of 400 m2 where the guests have on their disposal a covered terrace with barbecue and sitting set, swimming pool of 32 m2, parking for two vehicles. Villa for 4-6 persons with a total living area of 84 m2 consists of an air-conditioned ground floor where we can find a living room with sofa bed for two persons, fully equipped kitchen, dining table, shower/toilet. On the first floor there are two double bedrooms with private shower/toilet. In the smaller house nearby, in the same yard, the guests can use a room with fitness equipment and washing room.
