Villa St. Martina is a newly built (in 2014), luxurious rustical villa located at the edge of the village Hrvatini in Kringa in the central Istria distant 21 km from Porec and its beaches. From its terrace and the pool spreads a beautiful view on the green woods and cultivated fields which are surrounding the house. The house was built and furnished in 2014 and it is fully air-conditioned and equipped with luxurious rustic furniture. The guests of the villa have on their disposal an outdoor swimming pool of 50 m2, two covered terraces with sitting set, one with a barbecue, enclosed garden with well maintained lawn of approximately 1,550 m2 and parking for a three cars.
