The house was built at the beginning od the 18th century and has been completely renovated and furnished in 2012. Situated on its own enclosed property, Villa Rita offers to its guests a garden of 350 m2 with an outdoor swimming pool of 42 m2, terrace with sitting set for 12 persons, a large stone fireplace for grilling and outdoor private parking for 3 cars. In the year 2014 Villa Rita also received a nice wellness area with a large jacuzzi for 5 people, a Finnish sauna and steam bath. House for 12 persons with a total living area of 205 m2 situated on three floors and consisting of two separate accommodation units that are rented as one unit for 12 people.
