Villa Zora is located in the small village Brigi that is just 8 km from the charming city Motovun away and 25 km from the sea. The house is built in 1920 and completely renovated in 2014. Situated on its own property of 3000 m2, with a beautifull panoramic view which on a clear day stretches down to the sea, this house provides to its guests an outdoor swimming pool of 28 m2, terrace with barbecue and dining table, children playground and two parking places. House for 6-8 persons with a total living area of 135 m2 on three floors. On the air-conditioned ground floor there is a spacious and fully equipped kitchen with dining table and exit to the balcony. On the first floor there are two air-conditioned double bedrooms that are sharing one large balcony, separate shower/toilet. On the basement floor there is a living room with fireplace, SAT-TV and exit to the terrace with table soccer, double bedroom with its own shower/toilet, separate toilet.
