This authentic Istrian stone house is located in the village Martinčići, 2.5 kilometers from one of the most picturesque Istrian towns - Grožnjan and 18 kilometers from the sea. The house was built in the year 1814 and has been completely renovated in authentic Istrian style in 2013. This house provides to its guests unique feeling of staying in an old stone house renovated and furnished entirely with authentic materials and rustic, mostly antique furniture. The villa is located on an enclosed property of 700 m2 with a maintained lawn and a panoramic view on the green hills and offers to its guests an outdoor pool, a covered terrace with table and chairs, barbecue and private parking for 3 cars. Villa with Pool for 6-7 persons with living area from 166 m2 is situated on three floors. At the ground floor of the house is an equipped kitchen with dining table, a large istrian fireplace and a shower/toilet. Access to the first floor is by an external staircase where is situated the living room with kitchenette and a two-persons sleeping couch, one double room with double bed, shower/toilet. At the second floor (attic) there is one open bedroom with two single beds and one double room with a double bed. The owner of the house lives on the property.
