Over Villa Radetiči

The beautiful spacious villa Raditiči with swimming pool is located in the municipality of Sveti Lovreč, in the hinterland of the Istrian peninsula, at about 12 km from the popular summer resort of Porec and at 9 km from the nearest beaches of Limm Channel or Vrsar. In Sveti Lovreč there are some restaurants, pizzerias and bars. In the vicinity of your holiday home you will find various hiking and biking trails that also lead through vineyards and olive groves. Discover the famous places of the hinterland of Istria, e.g. the famous caves in Pazin and the historic town of Motovun, perched high above the valley of the Mirna River. An interesting destination for a trip is also the Limm Channel, that very much resembles Norwegian fjords and 'cuts' into the land with a length of 9 km. On the tour boat, you can even take a day trip to Venice in Italy. One way takes three hours, but in Venice you will still have enough time to visit all the most famous sights. The holiday villa was built in the traditional style of Istria and has been completely renovated in 2014. The ambience is cosy and luxurious. The rooms are furnished with great taste and a special touch. In the dining room a fireplace guarantees warm cosiness on cooler evenings. A special highlight is a small wine cellar on the ground floor, with good wines from the region. In the garden you dispose of a covered terrace and a beautiful swimming pool. The entire complex is actually composed of two buildings: in the smaller building you will find a bedroom, bathroom and toilet, and the other rooms are situated in the main building. The villa Radetići is also ideal for two families together who do not want to spend their holidays in a turbulent summer resort, but want to relax in peace and seclusion.
