This very nice, contemporary and luxurious house with outside swimming pool in the summer is situated on a hill in Stoumont and has a wonderful panoramic view. The large garden of 3000 m2 is a true paradise for children, there is also a covered area with barbecue in the middle of the garden, where you can eat out of the sun. The region offers hundreds of kilometres of walking and biking routes, even as lots of outside activities and lots of things worth seeing, such as a amusement park and the waterfalls of Coo at 7 km. distance. Special remark swimming pool: The swimming pool has a depth of 1,20 m. and is situated on a not fenced terrace of 200 m2 facing south. We advice parents to pay extra attention to their (small) children and never leave them alone by the swimming pool. The swimming pool is been heated by solar panels. Surroundings: The house is situated on the edge of the village Stoumont, near by the route to the waterfalls of Coo.
