This special and charming holiday home accommodating 27 persons is situated near the Abbey of Maredsous in the beautiful region of Dinant. The 6000 m² property lies in the wooded valley of La Molignée, a small stream flows along the house, as the house was formerly an old 18th century water mill. The region has a lot to offer, such as castles, panoramic views, extensive hiking paths, etc. Interior: Ground floor: Entrance hall with cloakroom, living room (38 m²) with a fireplace and TV, dining area (32m²) with dining table for 28, kitchen (8m²) with all modern appliances. Two toilets, shower, laundry facilities with washing machine and dryer. First floor: Three bedrooms arranged as: one bedroom for three persons (three single beds and a baby bed). One bedroom for three persons (three single beds), one bedroom for two persons (two single beds), two separate bedrooms with a shower, a toilet, a play room with a couch, TV, Video and an extra bed. Second floor: Three bedrooms for two persons, with two single beds each, and a bathroom with a shower and toilet each, one bedroom for three persons, with one bunk bed and one single bed with bathroom with shower and toilet. Third floor: Bedroom for six persons, two bunk beds and two single beds with bathroom with shower and toilet. In addition there is a small annex to be reached through the house: Ground floor: Living room, dining area and kitchen with all appliances, one bedroom for two persons, with two single beds and a bathroom with shower and toilet. First floor: Bedroom for two persons (two single beds) and bathroom with a shower and toilet. Outside: Large terraces, large fenced off field of grass, barbecue, soccer field, course for lawn bowling, small shallow stream and a tennis table in an annex. To reach the soccer field and the table tennis one needs to cross a small quiet road. A quiet and elderly couple lives in a small part of the building, adjoining the house and has his own separate entrance. Bookings are on request.
