This house is suitable for 8 or 9 persons, situated on a domain of 2,5 ha. along the River Sure, on 15 km. distance of Bastogne and on 6 km. distance of Luxemburg. Connected to the beautiful house (end 18th Century) of the owner. The house is nicely furnished and offers a beautiful panoramic view. In the private garden one can enjoy all the green around you. In the summer one can go swimming in the Sure which is very clear. Luxemburg is nearby and ideal to go tax free shopping. Beautiful and long walk routes start from the house. The Lake Haute Sure and the beautiful panorama's are at about 20 km. distance. There are many natural and cultural things worth wild seeing in the region. A restaurant (from the Michelin guide) and a Thalasso centre (http://www.monetresensiel.be/Default.htm) (sauna, swimming pool, massage, and solarium) at 200 m. distance from the house (reservations in advance). Interior: Ground Floor: Entrance hall with hat stand, separate toilet, a bedroom with a double bed, bathroom with shower and wash-basin. First floor: Small and cozy living room with open fireplace, open kitchen with dining table. Build-in satellite television in a kitchen cupboard. Panoramic view over the surroundings. Second floor: One bedroom with two single beds. A large suite contains three parts with a single bed, a slide bed, a double bed and a bunk bed, a play room with television/DVD. A separate toilet, bathroom with wash-basin, washing machine and a dryer. Exterior: Access to the fenced garden garden via a staircase from the entrance. (The garden will be fenced from the 1th of May 2007). Beautiful view on the Sure which goes across the hills. Activities and tourism: Walks directly from the house. Important information Our holiday houses are especially fitted up on receiving families. In the past there were unfortunately damages caused by groups with another composition than a family group.
