On the border of two lakes, whose water levels differs substantially in height, once stood a water mill. The strongly flowing water spurred the paddles into action and prompted the mechanism that ground corn from the surrounding area.
The remnants of this grinding process are still visible in Hotel Moulin de Boiron's atmospheric wine cellar. The old mill is now a pleasant family-run hotel; proud of her history, and a place where guests will be utterly spoilt.
