The legendary Polster chair lift provides the perfect entry to the nature around Präbichl. In just 11 minutes you will find yourself at an altitude of between 1200 and almost 2000 meters above sea level, from where you have a breathtaking view of the surrounding mountains. From the Polster station there are numerous marked hiking trails of varying difficulty which run through the region of Hochschwab-South. Admirers of Präbichl joke about the fact that the greatest difficulty will undoubtedly be which one of the many beautiful routes to choose. There are many inviting chalets and inns here as well. In June the mountain shows itâs most wonderful face and invites you for a spectacular hike. Protected plants of the region, such as Gentiana and Bear's Ear, reveal all their beauty under the clear blue skies.
