The bungalow, which lies at an altitude of 1,200 meters, is situated on a plot containing a beautiful garden complete with outdoor furniture. This large (65 m²) and comfortable apartment for 5 persons is connected to the cottage. The green surroundings provide plenty of space to unwind. The house and garden lie in an absolutely quiet area yet are centrally located, being only 150 meters from the center of the town. In the vicinity of the house there is a shopping center, a bank and the St. Kathrein spa center with its thermal bath and outdoor pool. There is another thermal pool in the village. This spa dates from the Roman period and is located at the entrance to the Kaiserburgbahn chairlift. From March to June and from late September to November you can get an all-inclusive offer for the mountain railways of Bad Kleinkirchheim (12.03.2011-27.03.2011).
