Cozy apartment located in a residential complex in the coastal area of Calpe. It offers beautiful views of the village and has capacity for 4 people. In the exterior of the property you have access to 2 chlorine 15x10 and 1.8m deep swimming pools, and 1 outdoor shower. In the pool area you have access to loungers for sunbathing. The privacy of the property is partial. The apartmentâs furnished terrace is on a corner thus covering part of the pool and the side facing the street. The bright living room and furnished dining room share the same room, and there you can enjoy your lunch and dinner feeling the sea breeze. The practical kitchen has everything you need to unleash your imagination cooking the best dishes, including electric stove. The house has 1 washer, 1 iron and 1 ironing board. The property has 2 bedrooms, 1 with 1 double bed and the other with 2 single beds. Both rooms have 1 radiator (the house has a total of 3 radiators for the colder months) and 1 closet. If you need it, the house has a crib for younger children. On the property there is 1 bathroom with a bathtub. Calpe area is great to enjoy the water and its beautiful surroundings. Some of the activities that we recommend are the Rock D'Ifach tour (which is essential), suitable for all audiences (at least in its first stage, the remaining stages are recommended for people who are fit, but they are worth it as the views from the top are beautiful); and the Baths of the Queen (small swimming pools, interconnected with themselves and with the sea). Around the port, there are all kinds of bars and restaurants where you can taste the fresh fish that arrives every evening. There is a market in these areas almost every day, there is always one in the evening. And of course, you have access to the beautiful coves, where you will be able to enjoy the good weather, in Calpe. NOTES: NOTE: We cannot accept guests under 26 years old, unless they are accompanied by their parents. We need copies of the passports of all guests in order to accept the booking. Pets are not allowed on the property. Events cannot be held on the property.
