This new and well-furnished 1st-floor apartment is situated in a quiet district of the city of Gran Alacant. The beaches of Costa Blanca are only 2 kilometers from the apartment. In the neighborhood there is a large public pool and you will find two small shopping centers within walking distance. The apartment sits on a hillside so the way to the beach is a little steep. It is thus advisable to rent a car. You can also use public transportation. There is a bus which runs regularly to Alicante with a stop at the beaches of Santa Pola.
