The house lies romantic in the middle of the beautiful Majorcan countryside and is just perfect for families. This cozy, one-storey villa with a size of 120m2 counts with 3 bedrooms; ideal for couples with children or small groups of friends. One of the bedrooms is fitted with single beds; the others have double beds. There are 2 bathrooms with shower cabin; one of them is situated in a separate room, next to the pool. You note the welcoming atmosphere in every room. Sit down and relax; the light filled living area offers you a comfortable sofa to read a good book, surfing on the internet or watch television. (Satellite TV) The adjoining dining area with its spacious, rustic table is the right corner to have a pleasant meal with your friends and family. The open-plan kitchen offers you everything you may need for preparing your meals: a toaster, coffee machine, gas oven, gas stove, cutlery, kitchen appliances and a refrigerator-freezer. Of course there is also a washing machine, an iron and ironing board. There are enough parking spaces for up to 6 cars in front of the house, but they are not covered. The exteriors are beautiful: step outside on the spacious terrace and have a barbecue, swim in the pool or just relax on the huge garden area. The terrace with a size of 25 m2 is furnished with a wooden table, seats for up to 8 persons and a chill out zone with rattan furniture. The lawn area measures more than 200 m2 and invites you to bask in the sun on one of the 6 sun loungers. The private chlorine pool has a size of 4 meters x 6 meters. There is one neighbor; the plots are separated through a wall. The area of Santa Margalida is located in the centre of the island, what means that is quite easy to get to most of the places in a reasonable time. The area is mainly rural and mostly only locals live there, so that you will be able to discover the real Mallorca. Even though you will find everything you need in the village: supermarket, pharmacy, bank, sports area, many in bars and some restaurants as well. In only 15 minutes drive you will reach the beach of Capellans / Can Picafort. Pass a pleasant day on the fine grained sand beach or enjoy a cocktail while watching the sun goes down. You will find a good Paella restaurant there, a typical Spanish rice dish with meat, vegetables and seafood. Very tasty and spectacular views included! Apart of this beach area discover the main beach of Can Picafort with its animated sea promenade, the quiet zone of Playa de Muro and the crystal clear waters of the beaches of the municipalities of Alcúdia or Pollença.
