This is an apartment in Puerto de Alcúdia that offers all the comfort to make your holiday an unforgettable experience! The 95 m2 apartment is on a second floor with elevator and it is ideal for couples with children. It has 3 bedrooms: one with double bed, one with two single beds and one with a bunk bed. There is bathroom with shower. In the 2 x 5 meters terrace you can enjoy a pleasant breakfast with really nice views, as there are table and chairs up to 6 people. In the sofa of the living room you will be able to relax reading a book or having a nap. The kitchen is equipped with everything you might need during your holiday: toaster, microwave, dish washer, coffee machine, electric oven, vitro ceramic hob, fridge and a lot more. Of course you will find washing machine, iron and ironing board. The location of the apartment is perfect because everything you might need is very close: pharmacy, shops, supermarket, surgery or bus stop. The beach is just 150 meters from the house, just crossing the road. Please take care that children go always with an adult. The frequency of the bus is every 15 minutes towards Can Picafort, Puerto de Pollença and other directions as Palma. In Puerto de Alcudia you will find lots of restaurants with any kind of food: fresh fish, good meat, Italian food, tapas or traditional Majorcan food. Itâs full of bars as well, where you can have snacks as sandwiches, burgers or salads. For breakfasts you can visit one of the coffee shops on the seafront promenade. In this area, itâs full of clothes shops, souvenirs shops and supermarkets. The biggest one is located on the road towards Alcúdia, near a patrol station. From Puerto de Alcúdia itâs very easy to drive to other beaches that are worth to discover as Playas de Muro, Formentor, Son Serra de Marina, Can Picafort or Puerto de Pollença. You will love to visit the old town of Alcudia with its narrow cobblestone streets, the church and the old wall. In Alcudia you will find lovely bars to stop for a drink. There is a local market in Alcudia on Thursdays and Sundays and the centre of town becomes crowded and lively. Donât forget to visit the Roman ruins where you will be able to see a beautiful amphitheatre. Pollença is a lovely little town where you will be able to climb the 365 steps to El Calvari and enjoy a beautiful panoramic view to the bay! NOTE: The rental of this property is based on the Spanish Law on Urban Leases (29/1994, 24th November). According this law the property is available for seasonal renting. However, the contract does not offer any tourist service. It is only for the use and enjoyment of the property.
