The house stands 40 km east of the capital city of the region, Oviedo, and in the middle of the green hills in a rustic surrounding, 1 km from the village of Sevares. The nature is rough and overwhelming with mountains and rivers. The famous canoe town Arriondas is only 7 km away, at the river the Sella. Many beautiful excursions are possible, for example to the lakes of Covadonga or to the coastal city of Ribadesella. Also there are plenty of hiking and bicycle possibilities and 2 km further lies a karting track. This detached house stands on an estate of 5002 meter.
