The 186 m2 house is located in a plot of 300.000 m2. Next to the house there are the old houses of the plot, where the owners live during winter months. In summer (from May to October) the whole place is completely private. The house has 4 bedrooms: three with double beds and one with 4 single beds. There are three bedrooms on the first floor and one on the ground floor, which has access to the terrace. All rooms have large windows with wonderful views to the countryside. They all have closet, air conditioning and en suite bathroom with shower. On the ground floor, you will find an en suite room and a spacious living room with a comfortable sofa; satellite TV, WIFI and air conditioning. The kitchen is connected to the living room and it has everything you might need during your holiday: vitro ceramic hob, electrical oven, microwave, dish washer, orange-juice extractor, coffee machine, toaster, kitchen appliances and a lot more. Of course you will find a washing machine, iron and ironing board. On the ground floor there is a toilet as well. The house mixes a modern style with antique furniture original from the place and it has special details as the restored Rieju motorbike! If we go outside, weâll find the terrace that surrounds the whole building. It is a perfect place the enjoy summer dinners with friends and family or have a tempting barbeque. There is a table and chairs for 10 people and a big pergola that will provide shade. In the lawn area, which is approximately 4000 m2, you will find the 8x4 meters pool (from 1.4 to 2 meters deep). Sunbathe in one of the 10 sun beds that surround the pool! In one of the sides of the house there is a nave which is independent to the rest of the house. There you will find an indoor pool. You can use the pool without additional cost. However, if you wish to heat the pool it has a cost of 1100⬠per week (which is the minimum time required). If you wish to rent this beautiful house between November and April, you have to keep in mind that the owners live next door, although they wonât interfere in your privacy. The house has central heating for winter months and it has a cost of 10⬠per day. The electricity is paid separately (0.25â¬/kw). In the estate there are peacocks and other farm animals that you can visit if you wish. Moreover you will be able to go for a walk in the woods of the estate. This house is located in Maria de la Salut, a small village in the center of the island. You can enjoy open air dinners at the central square in town and visit the local market every Friday. In Maria de la Salut you will be able to find everything you might need: pharmacy, bars, sports area, supermarket, etc. 15 minutes drive will take you to the beach of Can Picafort, which has lots of facilities and you will have the option to practice water sports. Platja de Muro, Cala Torta, sâArenalet des Verger are other beaches that are worth to visit. NOTE: The rental of this property is based on the Spanish Law on Urban Leases (29/1994, 24th November). According this law the property is available for seasonal renting. However, the contract does not offer any tourist service. It is only for the use and enjoyment of the property.
