Alcudia is one of the most charming and historic villages of Majorca. The village is built on a Roman foundation, Pol·lèntia. The center of town is within a medieval times wall. In Alcúdia there are many things to do: you can get lost on the wonder medieval style streets and its wall, or relax on the terrace of one of the many restaurants. Furthermore, you can visit the archaeological remains of the Roman settlement of Pollentia, dating from 123 BC. Moreover, the market for Alcudia every Tuesday and Sunday is very famous. There, you will find countless products, both local and international.
