Over Beach Apartment

The house is situated in a small village with about 5000 inhabitants. It belongs to the district of Aveiro, which is known as the Portuguese Venice. Geographically Cortegaca is however closer to the big city of Porto (23km ) than to the city of Aveiro (35km) .

Cortegaca itself is divided into two districts, one larger and where the center is located, and another in the lower part, which is known only as the beach by the locals. There only about 300 people live year-round.

Only 100 meters to the 15 km long sandy beach. Nearby there are numerous restaurants and supermarkets. There are approximately 1000 meters to the train station and the banks. Five miles to the golf course, casino and Espinho City and 35 km to Porto airport.
