"Villa park Zuiderzee is located on the edge of Medemblik at the Ijssel lake. Medemblik lies between Hoorn and the Enclosure Dam and is a picturesque town with ancient houses, narrow streets and lovely facades. On the edge of Medemblik and 300 meter from the park lies castle 'Radboud', built in the 13th century by the count Floris V; an impressive castle with knight hall and towers. Medemblik with her marina, nice center and excellent seafood restaurants and nature and recreational area the Vooroever and the IJssel lake beach are within walking distance of the park. The villa park is built around 2001 and lies directly at the Ijssel lake. The park has a lovely sub tropical swimming pool with a slide of 50 meter long, separate childrens bath, rapids, bubble bank and solarium. Canoe, kayak and electrical boat rental. All-weather tennis courts with racket rental. All the homes have a landing on the water, located on open fish and sail water. Guests can bring their own boat till a maximum of 5 meter. The bungalows on the park have different owners so the interior can vary. The types B are with inter alia a dishwasser and oven a bit more luxurious than types A.
