This apartment is part of a rural 13th century country house which has been divided into five luxurious apartments. From the country house, which is situated 600m above sea level, you can enjoy a beautiful view of the Umbrian and Tuscan hills. Guests of the country house can use the beautifully laid out swimming pool with its accompanying sun beds and sunshades. Other facilities include a tennis court, jeux-de-boules, beach volleyball and a large garden which is equipped with furniture and a barbecue. Bikes can also be hired. The estate around the country house comprises 30 hectares which includes a training circuit for running enthusiasts.Â
