A former church from the 16th century was turned into 4 residential units, each with private entrance and terrace. One apartment is inhabited by the owner's family. The beautiful art cities of Umbria and Marche, such as Gubbio, Assisi, Perugia and Urbino are easily accessible from here. The 50 kilometre Adriatic coast from Fano to the Conero- National Park offers kilometres of sandy beaches and beautiful nature with many trails for hiking, horseback riding or for the mountain-bike. The holiday accommodation, which is reached via a 1.5 km unpaved road, is a true oasis surrounded by sunflower fields, vineyards and cornfields. A shared pool is available for relaxation.
