Over Casa Elena

The holiday home Casa Elena is surrounded by ancient olive trees in the village of Degna on an altitude of 450 metres, on the grounds of a traditional farm which specializes in the cultivation of organic olive oil. Degna is part of to the municipality of Casanova Lerrone and is located at approximately 90 km to the east of Nice and at 90 km to the southwest of Genoa. The village is surrounded by pristine, wooded mountain slopes and the active nature lovers will be thrilled with the mountain bike and hiking trails in the area, as well as with the nearby Garlenda golf course. Culture lovers will surely enjoy the many lively seaside resorts and the intact, picturesque mountain villages. You are staying at just a few kilometres from the Passo del Ginestro by which you can reach the sea at Alassio via a scenic road in just 30 minutes. You can spend wonderful days at the beach with beautiful maritime-alpine scenarios, and to provide some variation you can head off on wonderful excursions on foot, by bike or on horseback. If you go further uphill, you will reach the High Arroscia valley with the villages Manana Upega, Mendatica, Viozene Ormea and Garessio. These places can be reached in about a 90 minutes drive from Pieve di Teco. Children can have fun in the water park 'Le Caravelle di Ceriale'. You dispose of your own private parking but very large cars and SUVs don't fit in the garage and have to be parked about 300 metres further on the road. From your private garden you will enjoy the tranquility and magnificent views of the surrounding unspoiled nature.
