This location is not to define, you must experience this! The owners are in love with this place and have made from the farm their own paradise. The beautiful city Volterra lies on 8 kilometres, fully peaceful and there are many things worth seeing. The surrounding has a stately view on the typical Tuscan landscape, with his tortuous roads and lanes with cypresses. At night it is a true pleasure to sit in a lazy lounge chair near the swimming pool and look at the bright stars in the sky. Interior Via the wide outside stairs you enter the spacious living room and the spacious kitchen (fitted with a dishwasher) with dining area and TV. Bedroom with double bed and a single bed. Via a little stairs you enter a romantic bedroom with a double bed. Because of the sloping roof several parts of this room are fairly low. Two bathrooms with fitted wash-basin, toilet and bidet, one of the bathrooms has a shower and the other bathroom a bath. The comfortable apartment is situated on the front of the farm, with a beautiful view over the valley. Exterior The owners originally come from Milan, but left Milan to make their dreams come true. On the gigantic manor they keep chickens, deer's, goats, pigs and horses. With lots of love and care have they renovated the farm and made it into three cosy and comfortable apartments and two rooms. Near the large swimming pool (8 x 18 meters, fitted with lounge chairs), and around the farm are several cosy outside seats where you can sit lovely. There also is made a little children's play yard where the children can play. This is an ideal place for families with children. You can reach Barbaiano via a good but not asphalted road (5 kilometres). The location is truly fabulous. The owners speak English fluent, French and a little bit German and will give you all the information you need. Environment Horseback riding, walking trips in the woods. Ruins of a castle. Volterra, San Gimignano, Pisa, Siena, Florence, these are places that you can reach easy. Also a day on the beach or to the lake of Trasimeno is very good possible.
