This farmhouse is situated halfway between Follonica and Massa Marittima. The owner of the estate, a family, has completely renovated the holiday complex fitting it with new facilities.

The Manor includes 6 rooms, all furnished in classical style and decorated with fine antique pieces: on the ground floor there is a large and charming breakfast room.

The Old House consists of 16 apartments in Tuscan style while the newly-built Chalet offers 6 apartments, each furnished in a modern style but of different types: two, three and four room apartments providing from 2 to 8 sleeping places.

The resort lies in the middle of a wildlife and hunting area, where you can enjoy the beauty of the typical Maremman landscape. Situated between the sea and hills, it allows guests to enjoy all the natural features characteristic of the area.

Around the estate there are 50 km of trails which can be enjoyed on horseback, by mountain-bike or, for hiking fans, on foot. In addition, there is a lake for fishing, a relaxation area, vineyards, olive groves and an orchard full of fruit to treat your palate. There are also gardens with gazebos and barbecues for outdoor dining, a soccer field and a tennis court and of course, a swimming pool!
